PRICE

● WEEKDAY Sunday-Thursday evening : $5000 + GST.

● WEEKEND Friday-Saturday evening : $7000 fee.

DETAILS

● Maximum capacity is 40 people for a sit down dinner, 70 people for a cocktail event

● Courtyard is available for use depending on weather

● A selection of festive menus will be available to choose from for all buyouts.

● Buyouts are unavailable during the day time hours.

● Full payment will be processed the day of the event.

● 50% deposit must be paid 14 days before the event.

● Due to By Law Regulations our establishment has a very strict 10:00 P.M curfew.

● Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the event date.

● Earliest start time for events is 6 pm

MENU

● All guests must order from a set menu. A phone or in person meeting will be scheduled to discuss menu options, allergies and special requests.

● Outside food or beverage is not permitted due to health and safety. Questions regarding dessert options will be discussed at the menu meeting.

● WEEKDAY Monday-Wednesday evening : $10,000 + GST.

DETAILS

● Maximum capacity is determined by the style of the event. Full seating maximum 80 guests ( Family Style, Plated, Cocktail Style )

● Start time for a full buy-out can be as early as 6 pm. Curfew is midnight.

● Buy-outs are unavailable during the day time hours. If you would like to inquire about large brunch or lunch reservations, please email info@sabacafeandbistro.ca

● A non refundable $5000.00 deposit must be paid to secure the date of the event. 50% of the total buyout price must be paid 30 days before the event.

● Remainder of buyout payment, alcohol and gratuity will be processed the day of the event.

Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the event date.

MENU

● A selection of festive menus will be available to choose from for all buy-outs.

● All guests must order from a set menu.

There are two dining experiences to choose from for you and your guests:

Family Style : A traditional Italian dining experience with shared platters that are presented to your guests table to serve themselves as they wish. This option allows for more variety in food choices.

Plated : A three course individual plated set menu for a more formal dining experience.

● Outside food or beverage is not permitted due to Health and Safety protocols. Dessert is included in the buyout price. Questions regarding dessert options will be discussed at the menu meeting

CAFE RENTAL

● MONDAY-SUNDAY - Rental available after hours of operation 6:00pm-10:00pm

● For time flexibility please inquire directly.

● Price - 2 hours $350.00 | 4 hours $600.00

● Renting of the space is unavailable during the day time hours when we are open to the public.

● Maximum capacity is 50 people seated which includes our harvest table.

● Minimum spend per guest of drip coffee is required.

● Homemade pastries and other refreshments are available but must be pre ordered.

● Full payment will be processed the day of the event.

● 50% deposit must be paid 14 days before the event.

● Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the event date.

● Amplified music is not allowed due to residents above.

● Decorations must be set up and taken down within the hours you are renting the space.
